2) Click on "Write a Post" and search for samples of real estate just listed facebook post copy for reference on how to create an introduction for your listing ad
3) For the
facebook photo of the listing to be uploaded, go to
www.canva.com and login using your credentials
Reminder:
a) To create a new template, click on Create a Design and select on Facebook Post
b) To use existing template, click on All Your Designs and find for the heading to be used. On the left side menu, click on Uploads. Upload an image and drag it to the template. After that, click the download icon at the upper right corner. File to be PNG then click on Download
After downloading, go back to the facebook page and click on Photo/Video then select on Upload Photos/Video
4) For the
URL to be included in the facebook post, copy the
property link of that particular listing with this format [
https://www.bengtzengroup.com/mls/actualmlsnumber] and go to
bitly.com and
log in with Google with your credentials. Click on
Create at the upper right corner and
paste the long property link. It will give you a shorten URL, click on
Copy and go back to the facebook page then
paste the shorten URL with the facebook post
5) After that, click on Share Now
